Reptune's journey started in 2016 to solve a very clear problem: making transfer pricing documentation easier and more scalable for global enterprises. Originally initiated by consultants within IKEA, the tool has been continuously developed over the last eight years and is now used by 150+ enterprise clients worldwide. However, over the years, little attention was given to UX—and Reptune started losing deals.

Challenge

Despite its strong market position, Reptune was losing deals to competitors due to outdated UI and an increasingly complex user experience. While existing customers were generally happy (according to user testing), Reptune was still losing deals. We faced the challenge: "How can we ensure that Reptune loses fewer deals and attracts more customers?"

Results

After the connect phase, we completely revamped the product and introduced a modern UI layer to give the tool a more modern look and feel. In addition, we designed a self-service onboarding flow to eliminate sales-heavy demos. The project lays a strong foundation for Reptune to grow faster and start winning more deals from competitors.
