Asimovo, a smart platform built to help robot engineering teams create and launch intelligent robots faster, ran into a big challenge. After months of in-house development, the SaaS platform had become very complex with lots of features. But as new tools were added, it became harder for users to understand and use the system easily. Users found it confusing to navigate and get the most out of it. The Asimovo team realised they needed fresh eyes to help simplify things and bring clarity back to the product, with plans to further expand the platform in the future.
