Challenge
The biggest challenge we faced when partnering with Famaash was the volume and complexity of data we needed to translate into user flows. As a fintech solution, it required us to navigate a wide range of stakeholders, local regulations, and compliance requirements. In addition to designing the flows, we had to ensure all data visualizations were clear and consistent—so they would be interpreted the same way by every stakeholder. Our challenge: how can we ensure that all data from Excel is transformed into user-friendly software?
Results
After designing the whole tool, we were able to implement the designs and validate their MVP with the target audience. Famaash is now scaling more sustainably and optimizing their product using real user feedback—all centralised in one platform.
