We transformed the entire user tasks into a single generative interface flow, allowing HR managers to manage both sourcing and matching in one place. While other HR software is often complex, we streamlined the entire customer journey into a seamless experience. This was made possible by using a conversational chat interface as the core element, starting with a simple question: which role are you recruiting for?
