From agency projects to scalable SaaS product
270 Degrees had one of the best 3D engines on the market and almost nobody knew it. Revenue came from enterprise projects: big projects but every client meant custom hours and an unpredictable pipeline. We repositioned them from agency to SaaS product and built the website that carries that switch, where a visitor signs up without talking to sales.

Overview
270 Degrees builds a 3D engine for the web. Paste a few lines of code and it runs configurators and product demos inside WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or a custom stack. The rendering happens on their servers, so it stays fast and secure at any scale. Brands like Nike, Puma, Polestar and Suzuki run on it. Technically it holds its own against anything in the market. Commercially it was invisible. The revenue came from enterprise projects and relayed on a sales director. The founders wanted what the product could give them instead: scalable, predictable revenue that grows without hiring. They didn’t know where to start so we helped when transitioning from agency to SaaS starting with positioning and the website.

The Challenge
One of the best products in the market, hidden inside a website that didn’t convert.

An earlier redesign by another party had made the problem worse. The site presented 270 Degrees as an agency: enterprise case studies, service language, and one call to action repeated on every page: book a demo. This way you bury a product someone should experience first. Every sales conversation was the same, deals kept arriving through the network, each one demanding custom delivery hours, while the product that could scale on its own already was there but nobody knew it.

The Solution
We treated this as a business transition and the website was the delivery mechanism.

The first days were strategy and positioning. We sat together with the founders in Amsterdam for a full working session, because a direction this fundamental doesn't get decided over email. In that room we forced the decision the old site never made: 270 Degrees is a SaaS company that also does enterprise work, not the other way around. We mapped all benefits, USP’s, persona’s, pain points, use cases and designed one proposition the whole site is built around: a white-label 3D solution that integrates into any tech stack.

Results
270 Degrees now presents itself as a product-led SaaS that is easy to use without long implementation processes. A visitor who wants to try the engine finds the price, sees it work in their own stack, and signs up. Enterprise still has its path, but growth no longer depends on a sales-led motion. The product finally does its own selling.

Proposition
From agency messaging to one product story
Funnels
Self-service and enterprise, each on their own path
Weeks
Market research, on-site strategy, brand refresh, design and build to live
270Degrees
Final thoughts
270 Degrees had already built the hard part: a 3D engine that beats most of the market and the infrastructure behind it. What was missing was the switch from selling projects to selling the product, and the website was where that switch had to happen. As long as the site spoke agency, buyers treated them as an agency, and every deal cost delivery time. The fix started with market research and a deep work session in Amsterdam. Once the choice was made, everything else followed: one proposition, two funnels, pricing you understand in ten seconds, and demos that let the engine do the talking.
