VetProcure
Overview
VetProcure is a Swiss B2B platform that automates procurement for veterinary practices. The product had real traction and a clear value proposition. What it didn't have was a way to communicate that online. The existing website confused visitors and failed to build the kind of trust that converts, whether the audience was a practice manager weighing up a new tool or an investor evaluating the opportunity for the first time.

VetProcure
The Challenge
VetProcure had two audiences to convince at the same time: veterinary practices hesitant to change how they order, and investors who needed to understand the market quickly.

The old website made both harder than they needed to be. Visitors arrived and left without understanding what VetProcure actually did. Practices couldn't see how it would fit into their daily workflow. For investors, the site gave no sense of the scale of the opportunity or the precision of the product. Getting onboarding friction down and investment conversations moving meant starting the design from scratch. The Swiss market adds its own layer of expectation. Trust is slower to build and precision is taken seriously. A generic page wasn't going to cut through that.
VetProcure
The Solution
We came in as part of the team, not as an outside agency. That changed how fast we could move and how specific the output got.

Working from inside VetProcure meant the design decisions were based on how the product actually works and who it's for. We built the full landing page from scratch: positioning, visual hierarchy, content structure, every design asset. Nothing came from a template. The page needed to do two things at once: give veterinary practices a clear reason to start, and give investors a sharp read on what they're looking at. Those two goals shaped every decision, from how the product was explained to the visual language used throughout.

Results
VetProcure went into investor conversations with a landing page that did the talking before any pitch deck did. Veterinary practices could finally understand the product at a glance. The site stopped being a source of confusion and started being a reason to reach out.

Custom
Design assets, no templates
Audiences
One page that works for both

All of it built by hand, for this specific product, in this specific market.

Final thoughts
VetProcure had a product that worked and a website that didn't explain it. Two audiences to convince, two types of resistance to break down, and a design that needed to handle both without looking like it was trying to. We built the full page from the ground up, embedded in the team, and made every asset from scratch. That's the only way this kind of work actually lands.
