Which platforms offer the best premium design subscription in 2024?

In 2024, there's no single best premium design subscription. The right one depends on what you actually do.
Adobe Creative Cloud is still the industry standard for serious creative work. You get over 20 apps, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. If your job requires professional-grade output across multiple disciplines, nothing else comes close. It's also the most expensive option, which matters.
Canva Pro is the go-to for non-designers, marketing teams, and small business owners who need things done fast. The drag-and-drop interface is genuinely easy to use, the template library is huge, and the brand kit feature saves real time. The AI tools (Magic Studio) are improving quickly. It won't replace a professional designer, but it was never meant to.
Figma's paid plans are the clear choice for UI/UX designers and product teams. It runs in the browser, supports real-time collaboration, and has strong component and prototyping tools. Most product teams have already migrated to it for a reason.
Envato Elements takes a different approach. Instead of software, you get unlimited downloads from a library of over 12 million assets: templates, fonts, graphics, photos, video, music, and plugins. If you're a freelancer or agency constantly sourcing raw materials, the value is hard to argue with.
Midjourney and Adobe Firefly are worth mentioning separately because they represent a genuinely different category.
