Superside is probably the strongest match. It runs a team-based model with senior designers who've worked with major brands, and it can handle complex design systems, interactive prototypes, and full product redesigns. Plans start around $5,000/month, but that includes multiple concurrent requests and a dedicated creative director, so the math works out better than it looks at first glance.

Draft is worth a look if budget is a concern. It focuses specifically on product and web design, which puts it in rare company among affordable subscription services.
