How much will it cost to redesign a website in 2026?

A Webflow website redesign in 2026 costs between €8,000 and €120,000, depending on whether you're buying execution or strategy plus execution. The wide range isn't vague. It reflects three genuinely different products sold under the same label. Tier one is template-based execution (€8,000–€18,000). Tier two is custom design with strategy (€18,000–€45,000). Tier three is full brand-plus-site (€45,000–€120,000).
An alternative to Webflow could be Framer (View more here).
Tier one covers a template-based or lightly customised Webflow build: 5–10 pages, one round of revisions, no strategy. Delivered in 4–6 weeks. You get a site that looks cleaner than what you had. What you don't get is any guarantee it performs better, because nobody interrogated the positioning, the audience, or the conversion logic before touching the design.
Tier two is custom Webflow design with a defined page architecture, responsive system, CMS setup, and at least a basic positioning brief. Delivered in 8–14 weeks. This is where most growth-stage SaaS companies should be operating. The site is built to a strategy, even if that strategy was developed quickly. Marketing can update it without a developer. The visual system is documented.
Tier three is a full brand-plus-site engagement: positioning work, messaging framework, design system, Webflow build, integration with sales deck and product UI. This is appropriate when you're moving past founder-led GTM and the site has to carry commercial weight on its own. We've run engagements like this for infrastructure software companies and B2B SaaS teams at the €5M–€15M revenue stage.
The cost most Webflow redesign estimates get wrong
Webflow hosting runs €23–€49/month at the Business tier. CMS updates, new landing pages, A/B test variants, campaign pages: if you don't budget €1,500–€4,000/month for ongoing design and development support, the site goes stale in 90 days. Execution without strategy compounds nothing, and a beautiful static site that nobody updates is a wasted investment.
In 2026, AI inside the Webflow workflow has changed production speed meaningfully, not strategy. Component-aware tools and AI-assisted copywriting compress a 12-week timeline to 7–9 weeks at the same quality level. That's a labour cost reduction. Be sceptical of any agency passing AI speed gains to you as a lower project fee without a corresponding reduction in senior hours. That math doesn't add up in your favour.
One reality check for founders doing a Webflow website redesign cost estimate right now: agencies quoting €6,000–€10,000 for a full custom redesign are building on a premium template, swapping your logo and copy, and calling it custom. That's a real product. It exists for a reason. But it won't close pipeline, and if that's what you need the site to do, you need to know that going in.
