Challenge
Traffic on VetProcure.com didn’t convert, the value proposition was not clear and visitors weren’t convinced. Poor search visibility meant most of the right people never found it. Unclear messaging meant the ones who did couldn't quickly understand what the platform actually did for them. And low conversion rates meant almost nobody took the next step. For a B2B SaaS trying to break into European markets, where trust in unfamiliar platforms is harder to earn, this was a real problem. You can't sell to people who don’t understand what you are doing.


What we did
We rebuilt the site around one job: turn cold visitors into warm leads. That meant getting the value proposition right first. VetProcure's core promise isn't "procurement software." It's time back and better prices, without changing how your practice runs. That's what clinic managers actually care about, and that's what the new site says from the first line. From there, we structured the site to move people forward. Clear explanation of the platform. Specific benefits for the target audience. Trust signals placed where hesitation tends to happen. And a contact flow that removes friction instead of adding it. The design was built to work across markets. European buyers in this space are professional and skeptical. The site needed to feel credible and clean, not oversold.
